Delete My Account

You can delete your Storefren account directly from the app. To schedule account deletion, go to your Profile About App page and select the account deletion option. Your account will be scheduled for deletion and will be permanently removed after 30 days.

If you need to delete your account immediately without waiting for the 30-day period, please send an email from the email address associated with your Storefren account to support@storefren.com with the subject line: Request for immediate account deletion. For security purposes, we can only process immediate deletion requests sent from the email address linked to your account.
